About Me

Hi, I’m Bill. For over 20 years, I’ve worked in business operations and human resources, helping companies grow, solve problems, and navigate the people side of business. I’ve led teams, managed P&Ls, and worked with organizations ranging from startups to public companies, and that experience has shown me how important thoughtful, practical guidance can be.

I’m SHRM-SCP certified and hold a Master’s in Legal Studies focused on International Business Law, which gives me a strong foundation for handling complex workplace and employment matters.

Today, I use that experience to support both organizations and individuals. I work with businesses that need help navigating HR and operational challenges, and I work with professionals who want clearer direction in their careers, whether that means strategy, resumes, networking, or simply figuring out the next step. I care about helping people make progress in a way that feels grounded, personal, and sustainable.
